I hope I'm wrong about this but totally think we took the wrong guy.

I wanted Timins or Hague too. Devils may not be able to address the D in the draft so hopefully trades or free agency will work out. We're now packed at the Center position. This guy I imagine will be given time to develop. Maybe 3 years. While in the meantime we have Nico, Zacha, Mcleod, Quennville and Henrique and Zajac. Some of these guys will obviously be on wing but it's a very crowded position right now.

Highest OHL dmen on my board are Phillips and Rasanen.

This Nico seems so humbled and such a nice kid. If him and Nolan were tied I bet his personality put him over. Type of leader that spreads the glory and praise.

Should not have let flyers jump us and take the better player. Bad. You had draft chip ammo and didn't use it, Philly did and got a steal.

I'm getting worried about our d situation. Seems like Shero isn't really as concerned as a lot of us are, feel he could have made a similar move up as philly did for Hague but didn't, maybe he didn't intend on drafting a d man at all. Something's gotta give we really need to make a move I feel like we are so jammed at center and we need to start developing d soon.

This Boqvist guy looks really good. Great speed, good shot and good hockey sense. Might end up being a steal.
